Community and Standard are the same program. The difference is license limits.

NetSphere Community provides discovery, 3-tier underlay topology, basic NMS, and read-only diagnostics. Standard License expands node limits, schedules, retention, and report constraints in the same installed program. Pro is the advanced product for VXLAN, EVPN, SDN, datacenter fabric, evidence, and safe automation.

Community + Standard

Community and Standard do not split the feature family. They split the operating limits.

The same screens and workflows that work in Community continue in Standard with a larger operating envelope.

Community entry and practical first validation

Community is designed to show useful network visibility quickly, even when the environment is incomplete or SNMP is unavailable.

Discovered nodes: fixed at 50
Managed nodes: 10 by default
Contribution opt-in: 30 managed nodes
Accepted fixture unlock: 50 managed nodes for 90 days

Standard License

Upgrade the same program for operational use

Standard is not a separate installer. It is a license state applied to the Community program.

Managed nodes: license payload, 100 by default
Discovered nodes: no Community hard cap, or license payload
Expanded sites, credential profiles, schedules, and snapshot retention
No report watermark and longer report history
Advanced fabric analysis and automation stay in Pro
