Managed devices are L2/L3 network devices managed over SNMP or SSH. Access points, servers, endpoints, cloud and virtual devices are not counted. You can change a device's role yourself.

Questions about Starter
How can I pay?
At launch we take bank transfer with a tax invoice, monthly or as a yearly prepayment. Recurring card payment is in preparation.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing stops from the next payment date and Starter keeps working until the current period ends. After that NetSphere works exactly like the free Community edition, and no data is deleted. Enter a new key and Starter is back at once.
Does the free month turn into a paid plan by itself?
No. The free month needs no card and ends on its own. You are charged only after you subscribe.
Can I use it on a closed network?
Yes. The license is an offline key that the app checks by itself, without an internet connection. Paste the key or upload the key file.
How do I move up to Standard?
Contact us. Standard is an annual contract for 100 or more managed devices and multiple sites. You install a new key and your data stays as it is.
How are managed devices counted?
Only L2/L3 network devices managed over SNMP or SSH count toward the limit. Access points, servers, endpoints, cloud and virtual devices do not. You can change a device's role yourself, and a warning appears from 45 devices.
